Flawed but overall a good experience Positive: It’s right next to the cathedral in the centre so very well located. The layout is sensible. The staff were available by phone when I had problems. I appreciated the coffee pods and water. Negative: I never worked out how to use some basic things. The WiFi. The flat door keypad lock. The alternative way of getting in was the key safe but it was exceptionally hard to open and on departure I had to leave the key on top of it. The television only worked on my personal hotspot as I couldn’t get WiFi. The AC came on mysteriously and I had to summon staff who with difficulty turned it off.
